Salads

Our salads start with fresh greens from Working Dog Farms and are finished with house-made dressings, including our signature balsamic. Simple, clean ingredients handled with care. Nothing extra—just the way it should be.

Pasta

Every pasta starts the same way—tossed in pecorino Romano, whole milk ricotta, and olive oil, then laid into a light basil and garlic broth. From there, it’s finished with your sauce of choice, letting the foundation do the work. Simple technique, big flavor, and built to elevate every bite.
