Polpette

Inspired by Melissa, who casually mentioned her “Aldi meatballs”—only for Chef Sal to discover she meant she bought the meat there and made them from scratch. That moment stuck, and so did the recipe. Our meatballs are a nod to that surprise—simple, honest, and made the right way.
