Sal’s Kitchen

Queen Bean exists because of one person's refusal to settle for ordinary. Chef Sal — owner, head chef, and the creative force behind every dish — has spent over 20 years honing a philosophy that's equal parts discipline and joy. His food doesn't follow trends. It follows seasons, local farms, and whatever's going to make you leave the table genuinely happy.

We use whole free-range eggs sourced from Working Dog Farms and other trusted partners, cracked and scrambled to order. Cooked in real whole butter, the extra care and effort create a richer texture and deeper flavor. It’s more work—but you can taste the difference.

Fresh Made Bread

Our bread is made with intention—from our house-made farm toast, a naturally fermented loaf infused with rosemary and thyme, to our sour rye sourced from trusted local partners. We proudly feature bread from Fluffy Farms and South Jersey Sourdough Company, bringing together craftsmanship and quality in every slice. Fresh, flavorful, and rooted in real ingredients—you’ll taste the difference.
