Veal Giambrone 🌾

This one came together at the last minute—when a chef friend called Sal and insisted veal had to be on the menu. He took that advice and made it his own, building on a classic saltimbocca with the addition of burrata and crispy mortadella. Familiar at its core, but finished with a bold, modern twist.
