Gary's Style 🌾

Named after Sal’s stepdad Gary—who loved deboned chicken—this dish builds on his original idea of serving chicken over a layer of sauce. Sal refined it with a fully deboned preparation and a rich béchamel base. A nod to family and doing things just a little better.
