Named in honor of former team member and food reviewer behind @scrappyspotts, the Scrappy Chicken Besto is a playful nod to one of his all-time favorites—our house-made basil mayo, which he couldn’t get enough of while working here. Built on that same signature flavor, this sandwich layers it all into what we like to call our “besto” take on chicken—because it’s just that good. A little tribute, a little wordplay, and a whole lot of flavor.
