Gus & Buck 🌾

Gus & Buck is named after two of our longtime regulars from the Vassar building who would walk in and order the exact same thing every time—2 eggs and 2 silver dollar pancakes with a choice of meat. It became such a routine that we added it to the menu in their honor. Simple, classic, and made the way they always liked it.
